Leadership is not my profession. Though it sounded easy for me but when it comes to a real thing, I was pretty challenged. Being a leader or part of the biggest student organization in school was challenging. It challenge my weakness. It challenge me to have confidence. Though I am not really planning with other people, now I have to. I tend to decide for my own. Now I have to socialize. This is a big challenge for me. However, I like challenges. I don't see this duty as my problem but as a challenge;a challenge that would shape me to my ideal "me". I see every problems as a opportunity, and I wish you guys see it too like that. Life is boring without challenge.
It is really a honor to be working with Sir Melvin Nifas and with Charles. They are my opposite though. They can socialize with people well. They are creative people. I hope they can influence me with their teachings, beliefs and talents. And at the same time, I hope I can share them what I've learned so far.
I am starting to enjoy being in JSCB now. It seems more organized and formal. I really wish to work in that kind of organization.
