Why I Hate Technology

Hello.

Technology have shaped the lives of humans even during the stone age. Viewing its purpose makes us feel things lighter or easier. Without technology, we might not overpower other species here on earth. Technology have helped us to different things. It is true that technology have many benefits, but it has also a lot of negative effects to the society.

          Lately, I saw a lot of irritating effects of technology to humans. Earphones, headphones, phones, tablets really destroyed my day. I think, technology makes us not see the world like the way I see the world. The world is so beautiful even without the influence of celebrities or technology. The world is so beautiful with its nature. I would like to hear people chatting together about something, but seeing each one of them busy of their tablets and plugging their earphones and headphones, without any communication in reality or without the aid of the cyber world, just really makes me laugh at them. I would want to see kids play in the field rather than seeing them connected to a server and playing through computers. I would like to see people participate altogether appreciating the beauty of nature, rather than seeing them taking pictures and being busy posting or adding effects. I pity that our generation is really affected by the negative effects of technology.

          I pity the children of our generation. I pity them because they don’t realize what is behind their tablets, or what is behind the walls. I pity them because they miss a very beautiful thing. They miss something that each human should see or feel. The thing I am talking about might be small or big. It can be the beauty of droplets of water, or the beauty of ants marching in the same path. It can be the beauty of the clouds, floating solemnly in the blue and vibrant sky. It can be the feeling of the wind, pressing against our body. It is what the earth had prepared for us to see and observe. I don’t like to be rude, but most humans, nowadays, are IDIOTS(sometimes).

I don’t really hate technology. I am referring to those who greatly negatively affect us. I just told you about one side of technology, it does not mean it is totally like this. I don’t also say that this happens all the time.
